Content Upload Agreement

By uploading video or audio content ("Content") to OutReach — including WatchOutreach, HearOutreach, and any associated platforms (collectively, "OutReach") — you agree to the following terms.
1. Ownership & Permission
You confirm that you own the rights to the Content you upload, or that you have obtained permission from the rights holder — such as your church, ministry, or organization — to upload and publish it on OutReach.
2. License Grant
You grant OutReach a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to host, stream, distribute, transcode, translate, dub, and publicly display the Content on OutReach and any associated platforms, for as long as OutReach operates.
3. Survival of License
This license survives the deletion or deactivation of your account. If you wish to have Content removed entirely, you may request a takedown at any time by contacting us. Takedown requests will be honored on a reasonable timeline, though the Content may remain accessible via caches, backups, or third-party distribution for a period after removal.
4. Technical Processing
OutReach may perform reasonable technical processing on uploaded Content as part of normal platform operation, including transcoding, thumbnail generation, closed captioning, and AI-assisted dubbing or translation.
5. Content Standards
You agree not to upload Content that is unlawful, infringes on third-party rights, or conflicts with the mission and values of OutReach as a faith-based platform. OutReach reserves the right to remove Content that violates these standards.
6. Changes to These Terms
OutReach may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the upload feature after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
